  29. Installation
  30.  
  31. To install VirusScan for the Mac OS, complete the following steps:
  32.  
  33. 1.    Drag the VirusScan Extension to your System folder. 
  34.          If you are using version 7.5, you are prompted to copy this file to the 
  35.          Extensions folder.  Click Yes.
  36.  
  37. 2.    Drag the VirusScan 1.0 program file to the desired location on your hard drive.
  38.  
  39. 3.    Restart your Macintosh.

  42. Viewing the Online Documentation
  43.  
  44. 1.    To install the Acrobat Reader, double-click the AcroRead file and follow 
  45.        the instructions on the screen.
  46.  
  47. 2.    Start the Acrobat Reader.
  48.  
  49.          Response: The Open dialog is displayed.
  50.  
  51. 3.    Select the file VSCANTOC.PDF (to display the Table of Contents) or 
  52.        VSCANIX.PDF (to display the index). Then click OK.
  53.  
  54. 4.    Click on the topic or index term for which you'd like to view information.
